:
Choose "Open" from the "File" menu.
...
Click the "Drive" button to switch to the "Untitled" disk.
...
Select the image file.
Click the "Open" button.
Select the destination in the platform specific save dialog. (Or, in Linux and other X ports, the file will be saved to the folder "output" in the folder containing the Mini vMac application, with no further prompting.)
...
Choose "Quit" from the "File" menu.
...
Choose "Shut Down" from the "Special" menu.
...
Quit the Mini vMac application, such as by clicking on the close box of its window.
Rename the file "System7 Tune-Up 1.1.1" to "System7 Tune-Up 1.1.1.dsk". (".dsk" is the preferred extensions for Mini vMac.)
Lock the "System7 Tune-Up 1.1.1.dsk" file.
Delete the "005M.dsk" disk image file.
Done!
